Default NL50 - QJs OOP standard flop play?

Villain is 11.5/2.2/3.2 after 220 hands

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.25/$0.50 Blinds - 7 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $51.45
Hero (BB): $50.00
UTG: $47.00
UTG+1: $53.60
MP: $143.15
CO: $39.60
BTN: $34.75

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (7 Players)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $1.50</font>, 5 folds, Hero calls $1.00

Flop: ($3.25) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">Hero bets $3.00</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $7.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $24.25</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises all-in to $45.50</font>, Hero calls $21.25

Turn: ($94.25) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

River: ($94.25) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $94.25 ($3 Rake)

Is this incredibly standard? How much fold equity do I have with the b3b line? Once such a nitty player raises me, is it obvious he's not going to fold, or does it not matter because I'm ~45% to win?
