Medium pairs are possible too, but that could be potentially less likely dependent on if he raises them preflop. Most players will check behind with 55 or a medium pair on the turn. Well, I think the turn gets checked through a lot when hero is ahead, and villain is typically drawing slim in that situation (like 2 outs). If villain bets, we only beat a float. Idk, maybe I'm being too nitty?
