Default 25NL - TPTK on turn, but I get donked on a flush board

Villain: 40/10/1.17 40 hands

OK, pretty standard up until the turn, I hit my TPTK and he donks me for a small bet... Since he called the flop bet I figured he probably had something, though he is kinda loosey goosey donk so he could have just overs.

The bet is so small I couldn't resist, is this OK to make this call?

On the river, i'm getting 5.5:1 to call, I have to call right?
