You are being tracked everytime you play by the poker site. Most of the sites we work with publish your stats once a day for the prior day. They are all located in different areas so the 'day' could be 12-12 GMT, 11-11 CST, it depends on the site in question.
Once the day is over the poker site usually publishes the information on their affiliate site by sometime the next morning. Our software then imports that information around 10am the following morning. So if you played at any point on 8/20, your stats will reflect that play around 10am on 8/21 at raketracker.
