Depending on your metro area - Craig's list is a good place to look. Then, second to that, probably ebay.
Best you can hope for for $100 or less would be a used octogon table top which may or may not come with legs.
For a bit more your options open up to the newer cheap oval mass-produced table tops, but you're really better off making your own if you have the means. Cost will usually run $150+ depending on what you already have to work with.
I built a simple 8 man oval (no racetrack) for about $240.
