I recently had the same issue and bought 3 types of cards, all Jumbo index. Prices include shipping.
KEM - about $25 for 2 decks
COPAG - about $15 for 2 decks
MODIANO - about $10 for 2 decks
The KEMs really are the best, but if you don't want to spedn the $$, the MODIANOs are better than the COPAGs, and cheaper.
