Fish will call with all kinds of hands. This guy is pretty loose, and I haven't made a big bet on the river. The only real draw got there, so I don't feel like I'm going to get raised as a bluff here. I just need to decide whether or not he's raising for value with a worse hand. Are you advocating check/folding the river?

I would just c/c unless he has been really passive postflop and makes a big river bet, then i c/f.
I just dont see villain calling with A8 or similar, but hey, if thats your read, then leading is fine.
