I would say AQ is also likely here, QJ is even in his range, maybe KQ floating, i just dont think you can lay this down so just find the best way to get it in, which is bet nearer pot on flop and go from there. im interested why you dont think this is AQ floating from a 36 VPP, i think KQ could easily float here as well gut +2 overs he thinks.
