Also I think women are more sensitive to curse words or epithets in general, like most I know would be really offended by words like "fgt" or "n*gger" in casual conversation while most guys don't really care.

They're just more opportunistic in taking advantage of someone's cursing to needle them. If guys started getting all boo hoo over cursing, they'd just get laughed at or told to f*ck off.
