The marijuana won't heal whatever disease/problem this guy is experiencing. But he's hardly slept in a week and can hardly hold anything down.
Marijuana will both allow him to get some shut eye and he'll probably want to eat something before he falls asleep.
It's not a cure, but, it can't hurt.
He should obtain this marijuana legally if at all possible. But then again, he doesn't smoke and he uses cocaine.
