Default Re: am i ever allowed to fold AAxx preflop?

Yes, sorry, this is more of a general question. As played, I'm going under the assumption that I have AAxx with some connectedness and potential, I cannot fold. Basically, I want to know if that assumption is correct, and if there are times to fold AAxx, when it is appropriate to do so. This HH is just an example of a spot where this came up. At no point in this hand did I consider folding, or just calling and proceeding, as I think almost every flop for this particular hand is bad, and against this guy we'd be getting it in on the flop anyway. So yeah, I intended to just stick it in preflop here, and I just wanted to make sure that with this hand, that's always the correct play to make.
