My only advice here is to be prepared enough to ignore the urges at your weakest moment. If you aren't, you will fail because the urge will never leave and your moment of weakness will come. For me, it was never that there was a moment where the urge to have a smoke was so overwhelming, it was that the urge was always there if I let my guard down for a second. I had to be prepared to remind myself of why I quit 24x7 for about 6-8 months.
