This sums up well what a few of you said.

At some point during the match I started turning my second and third pair hands into value bets on the flop which really [censored] me up for hand reading. I too would have liked a larger raise on the flop for value. 1/3 pot offers 3:1 odds, or 25% BEP, which he has with a wide range of hands there. Plus, he can make the turn very difficult for me to play, as he did.

As is, I need to break even 40% on the turn. Analyzing it now, I'd put him on:

K7s,QTs,J9s,Js8s,Js7s,Js6s,Js5s,Js4s,Js3s,Js2s,K7o ,QTo,J9o

In that case, I have 29% equity, so I should have folded (I called).
