Default Flop a set 3-way, turn completes everything

Preflop: Hero is BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $16</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Button calls $16, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $12.

Turn: ($158) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
Hero is unsure how to proceed....

UTG seems like a mediocre TAG, stats are 26/19/3 over 100 hands. I only had 20 hands on button at the time, and he was like 20/0/1. Also, his stack size seems to indicate he's a fish.

Obv was hoping to get raised on the flop, didn't happen. Should I have just led out bigger?
