Default $100 SNG hand, Tough Spot

Villain is an idiot. He min bets a lot for pot control, and when I raise him he tends to fold, but he's showed up with a big hand a few times. This is the first time he's led so big. He's also been pretty loose postflop.

What do you all think of this hand?

I have a very tough time putting him on a range here. Help?
