Thing is, it's SO damn good that I find it hard not to eat half a loaf at a time. Having REALLY great bread, especially hot, makes it incredibly easy to get fat if you don't get a grip.
But that said, having food you make be too delicious is probably one of the worst arguments for not making it. Better way to handle the deliciousness situation is just to stop being a big pussy weakling about it.
