Default I hate preflop questions...
but I'm gonna post this anyway.

Here's the situation: UTG straddles. UTG+1 who is a complete maniac threebets, folds to MP also a maniac who cold caps, folds to you in the BB. Assuming UTG always calls the cap, what range should you be calling with here?
