I just looked at my pokertracker stats for AQ in UTG. It's not about being nitty it's about winning more money. I raise aggressively and CB aggressively and I've found AQ- to be a loser from UTG over about 50,000 hands. If you can look at your PT stats and it's winning you money over a large sample then by all means raise it up. Personally I'll play more marginal hands in position.
