I tip $2-3 when I scoop, and a $1 when I split - as long as the dealer is okay. I generally toss in any dollar chips when I am done as well.
Sort of off topic - why is the Mirage paying miserable 55 year old women to bring their crabby attitudes in the room along with a rare drink when they feel like it?
Man, service is so good in Vegas, and they are soooooooo bad.
