I assume that when you say set value, what you really mean is "let's play a hand postflop in position" value, because I think calling the 3-bet and then playing your JJ like it's 22 is a disaster.

But since it's Button vs. BB, I think I 4-bet here too, especially since his 3-bet was so small.
