Default UTG raise with AQ facing reraise from loose LPer

I had been at this table for a very long time at this point, and was keeping my stack afloat with steals, but only showed 1 hand so far where I isoed with 1010 and won a large pot. The previous hand I had raised with KQ, flopped a flush and got no action, and 2 hands before that I had raised with AK and it folded around.

Villain raised almost every hand it folded to him in LP, and I had re-stolen from him twice.

The table was mostly tight except for us 2...basically I am not sure what range I should put Villain on here...any thoughts?
