I usually stiff on HU split pots without a lot of extra money to chop up. Scoopers I just tip normally ($1-$2). Usually when getting quartered, I stiff.

If the dealer is doing good, keeping the game running fast, etc, I will comment on it and throw him a couple of bucks and tell him I appreciate it.

My friends and I also showered a lady dealer at the mirage with dollar chips after a bunch of nits started screaming and called the floor after she grabbed one of their table hands to read it and the guy shrieked and snatched his cards back like a little kid. That 5/10 game is like the nittiest, crotchetiest, shitbirdiest lineup in vegas.
