Default Can you fold KK pf in NL 100 for less than 160BB?

Lets put this scenario out...you are sittign with $250 in a NL 100 game and decide to go eat. Come back and the table is completely new...you fold the first 5 hands and now u are UTG..

You get KK and raise pot to $3.5, cutoff repots. Now you repot back. And he then shoves...can you/should you fold KK? I also mention that the CO has 155BB...I am asking because everytime this happens I always assume CO must have AA or KK at the worst. In the last two days I've had essentially this situation occur 8X, and 7 of them were AA and one of them was KK. I'll be honest that CO has showed up with QQ many times here before too but when I'm running bad like this I just wanna know...can you and should you fold this to an unknown NL 100 player?
