I would lean towards one more raise here and then a call. You under-represented your hand twice. For him to have TT here he would have done so only once on the cheapest street. He could still believe you have 88 until you raise this last time.

If he raises again, then it could be any of the following 5 possible hands that were overplayed on the flop but make sense on all other streets: 76s or 32s of spades.
