I don't know about 6-betting. Hell, I'm even kinda uneasy with calling. I have a feeling he has 67s.

Your read is tight aggressive good player, so that doesn't make him completely blind to the fact you really could have AA in this spot, ESPECIALLY the way you played it:

He has seen you 3-bet preflop, 3-bet flop, bet/called the turn, and 4-bet the river. Yet he still goes 5-bets?

Would he really put you on an overplay with AT and value bet his TT or 88? I mean, if you had AT would you normally 4-bet the river? I doubt it because you're worried about a set.

And like Beak said, you probably would have 3-bet the turn with 88, so I can't see him putting you on that and value betting TT again.

Again I have a feeling 67s, but with the pot size, I doubt I'm good enough to lay this down and just hope he made a bad read/overplay with a lower set.
