I'd go one more here. I think his River 5-bet has everything to do with what he is putting you on. You 3-bet preflop so he isn't puttin you on 67 and you didn't 5-bet preflop so he probably isn't putting you on AA either. (Depending on his read on you of course.) My guess is he has TT and is putting you on AT... maybe 88, but you would have 3-bet the turn with 88.
I would have kept raising PF, but the way it worked out, it made you more money if he did have those Perfect 10s.
