I don't get it, they can't get tickets themselves?
Anyway, he would be fine to keep a $20 or so just for the leg-work, I think but a $180 profit on $120 is stupid and wrong. That is jerky behavior from someone who doesn't have his sh*t together.
He should go back and say "I got you tickets, but they were a lot less than I thought they'd be. They were only $120, but can we call it $140 for my efforts?" It sounds kind of lame, but at least it's honest, and I don't think they'd care. As far as they know they'd be saving $160 (if they planned on spending 300).
