not really. I've coached for around 100/hr, I just don't do it often. normally its for a session or two, not a long term thing. personally making 100-150 for just the hour would be fine with me, except most of the time a coaching session involves talking online ahead of time, setting up a sharing program, etc that really makes the session closer to 2 hours.
the coaches you want to avoid are those who do it a lot for cheap rates, and whose results your unsure of.
I have seen some people pay a guy for coaching, who offered coaching up to 5/10nl. a week before the guy had been begging for a stake in a online poker chat room.
with any coach, ask for references(fromer students) if they are not very well known.
