Default Re: NL25 - Fold AA to a single flop bet?

[ QUOTE ]
Normally if I'm first in, I go to .85, but I've started to mix in some 4xBB opening raises with QQ+, AK, and occasionally some other hands. On this hand I decided against it because I had been openraising a ton of pots and I thought there was a reasonable chance someone would stand up to me and reraise.

The first part I understand all to well, but the second part I do not understand at all. The fact that you state you have been open raising a ton of pots and are under the impression that you might get played back at implores you to lean towards the higher end or your raises than a default standard.

Instead of getting played back at preflop you might be getting the play you sought from the SB on what turns out to be a highly coordinated and scary flop for your hand and you could be drawing dead however slight that is, but being behind is a possibility.
