In this pot you're committed all in regardless of action due to stack size. If you open jam, which is +EV, all kings will call you. If you checkraise all in here, you get weak hands (pp, air, etc) to bet into you to take the pot, and you semi-bluff as a monster vs weak kings. Is K2 going to call a checkraise AI by a pre-flop raiser? A bit extreme to think a king is there. This way you gain value out of low PP and A high by letting them bet their weak hands into you. You are also calling any jams here.

It's also why jamming pre flop is the biggest issue here. The only time this situation should come up other than a mistake pre-flop is raising 3xBB with 13 or so BB in your stack and getting multiple callers.
