If I were to open this hand from the CO with your stack, yes I would just push. Whether I push or not depends on what I know about the button, sb & BB.
As played I may just fold and find another spot to push w/in the next few hands. Some may disagree, but with BB's reraise it looks like he's got a fair amount of hands that have you slaughtered. ie - big pairs.
