Default FTOPS #6 (322$): QJo on the BB, facing a pf-raise from a maniac

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
UTG folds, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises to $275</font>, 6 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($600, 2 players)
Hero checks, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 bets $200</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $1200</font>, <font color="#cc0000">UTG+1 raises all-in $3956</font>, Hero ???

Villain is a complete donkish maniac (51/40 over 70 hands) who had showndown complete rubbish, cold-calling pf-raises with A5o and even went all-in with bottom-pair on a K-high flop (against a pf-raiser!). If he doesn´t hit the board, he tends to make a conti-bet and fold the turn. Are those reads enough to call him preflop / on the flop?
