Math is hard.
Please don't ask the dealer to count the pot. In most places, s/he is not allowed to. For that matter, do not ask to see someone's mucked hand after showdown, as it's extremely tacky and slows down the game.
Live play is different from online play. In the long run, you'll be healthier for it.
