Marv Albert is interviewing Whitey Herzog during the mid-late 80s. Marv notes that both Whitey and Bart Giamatti had been mentioned as candidates for Baseball Commissioner, but Giamatti, the president of Yale at the time, had been chosen. Marv asks Whitey if Yale wants him to be their new president. Whitey, with a very serious expression, said, "I don't think that's very funny, Marv."
