But in any case I was a little ticked. If something like this happens can I just call right there b4 paying my fare and let a manager make a decision? What would the decision usually be on something like that?

as explained previously, the 215 loop is the standard way to travel, crosstown on Charleston takes too long and costs the same, the driver didnt screw you over.
