very player dependent... against a TAG, i would just check/fold the turn, check again on the river, sometimes call and sometimes fold if they bet the river. against a player who calls too much preflop/on the flop, go ahead and bet the turn again, shutdown on the river if called. and against a real LAG, bet the turn again, probably check/call the river unimproved.
