If they give you any crap, tell them fine, you're off to file a police report about the hit and run and false information by their employee. They most likely will try to settle with you the, but even if they don't, Dave won't do anything to you. Just make sure you have the license number and cargo company info to give to the police.

My experience in dealing with corporate entities has been they are usually happy to write a check to make you go away. What kind of company is it?
