First we calculate the pot odds. Pot size = $35 + $80 + $267.50 = $382.50. So we have to call $207.50 on a pot of $382.50, slightly better than 1:2.
If he has an overpair (KK/AA) or trips we need to make a flush, probably with 9 live outs, odds for that are 1:3
If he has just an underpair (JJ) or semibluffing with two high diamonds, we are a huge favourite. But this might be not that likely. He could have KJ of diamonds also, for a flopped straight and a flush draw.
I think you are a little behind here, because against a straight, trips and overpair you have only 1:3. But I guess I would have called here, TPTK and a nut flush draw...
I would put him on 99/TT for a flopped set.
