If they are standard then why worry over it? If you really do not have a clue even though it is standard that shouldn't be that bad. As long as you provide insight as to why you are troubled in that particular situation. The last 20k hands I have played have been the wildest in terms of ups and downs out of the entire 80k I have played over the course of the last year. What I have tried to do though to help me better cope with things is go through every hand after every session and if I lost to what is deemed a cooler then I stove it to make sure that it was indeed a cooler. Doing this has really helped me stop beating myself up about the situations I get into and has even allowed me to see how to get away from some of them. After awhile you even start to notice how unemotional they get too.

There will be ah ha moments for you as you do this and soon you'll find yourself being able to lay down AA on a 854 board cause you know for a fact villain has a set. Or another example you will be able to fold your 4 high flush because villain is so passive he could only shove a bigger flush. Just yesterday I nearly got away from a set of kings on a monotone flop cause I knew my villain had flopped a flush due to his flop timing tell and minraise but I couldn't make myself fold it. But thing is I knew it was a fold. Stoving and going through all my sessions and paying attention to all my villains has really helped me understand stuff like this and has almost got to the point where I am starting to get away from it.
