Doesn't surprise me.
Although I played at the G.S. a couple times within the last couple months or so and didn't have any problem with the air and nobody else was complaining.
The two coldest poker experiences I've had have been at the Grand, especially during the WSOP-C. And at the Rio in LV during the WSOP where I could barely handle my cards and chips. 116 degrees outside. REALLY freezing inside. Everyone was complaining.
