Default Small pairs against squeeze play, what to do?

PartyPoker $400 NL Hold'em (6 handed) HandRecorder v0.9b

Preflop: Hero is MP with 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
1 folds, Hero raises to $14, CO calls $14, BU raises to $60, 4 folds.

Final Pot: $94.

Villain loves to reraise and 3bet preflop, so he has a wide range for this move.
What are my options?

1. fold-> too tight against such a opponent?

2. coldcall -> I'm oop and with a small pair as 66, most of the time I will miss the flop and have to fold to a conti

3. 4 bet->When I get called, I have two opitions...push flop or c/f...
When villain push preflop, I probably have to fold...

So with a small pair oop is folding the best opiton most of the time?
