9 stacks of 7000, blinds 200/400. UTG+1 raises to 1200 and is raising 66+, AJ+, ATs+

I ran it through SNGWhiz in cEV mode and it came up with this:

Which seems really counter intuitive to me since this is pretty much an autoshove for me in MTTs... Can someone tell me where i'm going wrong?
