I was thinking the same thing when watching. I was really shocked at the antics in that hand (by both her and Hellmuth) and her taking the cards off the table was the kicker.

And BTW, for those saying that Hellmuth would/should have been PO'd if the KK folds because Shak was telegraphing her hand so bad...IMO it's just the opposite. Hellmuth was telegraphing his hand as much as she was but I think Hellmuth actually wanted KK to fold since the pot was so huge and KK had already bet most of Hellmuth's stack. Shak was the one that get's almost all of the extra chips that KK puts in the pot.
