Default 99 OESD Live Game

Playing a live home game tonight, I didn't really know what to do with this. Villain seems very loose and weird. I've never played with him before. We're about an hour into the night and he's been pretty active.

I have an aggro image. We are playing $0.50/$1.00 blinds with a $120 buy in. Villain has about $90 in his stack. I cover.

Hero is on button with 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

8 players dealt into hand

Preflop:

UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, villain calls, Hero raises to $7, SB folds, BB folds, UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, Villain calls

Flop: ($17.50) T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Villain bets $15, Hero????

I was kind of stumped here. Any normal raise basically puts him all in as a normal raise would be to like $60 leaving villain with only a little behind that anyways. A call here is tough too as I'm not getting odds for my straight and a J or 6, while probably giving me the best hand kills all my action.

My initial range for his hands would include some bad tens, 2 pair, a set, or something like a combo draw. But I don't have a good read on him and I have not seen him donk into a preflop raiser before.
