Table was very tight and I was about 800 above average when this hand started. Thoughts on villain is that he is a very bad player who will call preflop, fold flop most times.

Flop - I believe I bet to small to represent an ace.
Turn - Not sure
River - There were no draws, with 1500 chips left he wasn't folding to an all in.


I am aware that raising 42s is not a common play, but I believe with my table image, and how the table was playing it was profitable. What would you do all streets?
