This is the first time in a week i have disagreed with sightless so I guess ill expand.

a. His bet size to me reeks of a cbet
b. He is gonna fold a lof of his hands here IMO. He may be weak enough to lay down AK here a lot, definately TT and QQ, maybe KQ. If we are called we will still have pretty good equity (flush and straight outs against a set, A out if he is an idiot and calls with QQ).
c. OP says he is 3 betting him a lot, so his range is actually wider than JJ, AK+
