The reality though, is that you shouldnt need a safe, unless you have something illegal in it, or just want it to keep some spar cash/guns/jewelry away from the random people that may come in and out of your house. Ie, dont keep 100k cash in it, fan think that this is safe.

keeping a fireproof safe is good for important documents, in addition to valuables.

oh, ya, I forgot about that, fireproof is a must. I dont really have any documents other than a few car titles though that are of any importance, but Im sure most do.
