I don't think you have to have the MMF. If you are asking us, you shouldn't do it. You should just nail her solo, because she has already expressed a desire to sleep with you.
If you had no choice but to do MMF, I would just consider how sexy you find her. If she is just a pretty girl with a nice body, it may not be worth it. But if she is hot, as in she really turns you on in that special way, then I would just do it.
