Default Angle Shooter on Stars?

Just sent PokerStars an email about a player who has been pissing me off... he played for 20 mins and then sat out the other day.
Basically sat out but didnt leave... It became apparent to me he was shooting an angle.

What do you guys reckon? Is what he is doing ethical? Am I outta line?

Hi there,

For the last few days I have been attempting to sit down and play at the 0.25/0.50 Heads Up No-Limit Holdem tables...

I have noticed one player using unethical strategies there.

His username is: VANFLONE.

Basically, what he does is play until he is bored and then he sits out..... he will sit out for hours on end (over the entire night sometimes) and then comes back to the table with all the chips that were there when he sat out.

This has two very negative effects.
One which affects PokerStars and the other affects the integrity of the games.

* Firstly, by sitting there with his large stack, and not leaving, he can resume play with a massive chip stack. This puts his opponent at a huge disadvantage when they can only sit down with a maximum of $50. Currently his stack is at $777 on one table and over $250 on the other.

* Secondly, Because there is a massive wait list for the games... and no hands are being dealt at the tables he is sitting out on.... PokerStars is being denied revenue because no hands are being dealt there. My estimate is that it is costing PokerStars at least $30+ every hour that this guy sits at the tables like this.

I would appreciate to hear how you will resolve this issue, both for Pokerstars and the integrity of it's games.
