Default Turn semibluff minraise

First few hands at the table. Villain seems solid. Probably sees me on the tighter side as I haven't been getting many hands.

Turn seemed like the perfect card to take a shot at. Am I right that he never folds the river after calling the turn? There is about a PSB left.
